Lucy Hale was at an event in Las Vegas a few days back (April 16). 

Lucy looked great in her aqua-colored Hervé Legér bandage dress which she simply teamed with black heels and some bangles.

The slinky black Georges Hobeika dress was teamed with super pretty bow-adorned Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.
