well its almost like Burning up... high heels red dress.... well miley has the same dress in 2 colors as you see, in both she uses her black cardigan and the same shoes the only thing that changes is her bag, in the gray dress she is using her fendi monogram, and in the red one she's using her orange prada bag .anyways she looks good in both, but which one looks better on miley??? you decide
